The Buenos Aires Police carried out an operation in a residence in Florencio Varela that allowed them to partially dismantle a scheme to forge Boca Juniors membership cards. According to the Argentine News Agency, during the raid, 18 counterfeit "Xeneize" cards were seized, along with electronic devices and documentation that would have been used for the production and marketing of these illegal materials. Investigators detected that the credentials showed clear signs of alteration, such as irregular inscriptions like "Beware of errors" and other details that evidenced their falsification. The procedure was carried out this Saturday at a home located on Río Negro street at 1200, under an order issued by the Criminal, Contravention and Misdemeanor Court No. 28, led by Dr. María Julia Correa. At the scene, police personnel identified the presumed responsible party, a 32-year-old Argentine man, who has been charged while the investigation progresses. In addition to the fake cards, a black CPU and an iPhone 15 mobile phone were seized, items that would have been used for the fabrication, storage and possible commercialization of the forged cards. The case originated in October, when agents of the Buenos Aires Police detected, through cyber-patrol tasks, a profile on social networks where forged tickets and accesses for sporting events and massive shows were being offered. The intervening court ordered the seizure of all the elements collected and ordered the continuity of the corresponding procedural measures.
